Liquid is a leader in accessible development.
We believe we have a moral obligation to make digital products and services accessible to all members of our community, regardless of ability. For Australian government services, this means achieving WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
At Liquid, we do this by designing for accessibility from the start. The process begins at the wireframe stage, with specialist testers and developers providing accessibility feedback on UX/UI elements. These reviews carry on into development and testing. We have a whole playbook around how we interpret WCAG standards, and a library of design elements and code snippets that we use for dealing with common challenges.
In this way, we have delivered substantial digital services that have achieved this standard, including Head to Health, MindMatters and the Brisbane City Council website.
